How to enable your MFA (multifactor authentication)

This article provides guidance on how to enable and disable Multifactor Authentication (MFA) within Bureau Works.


Once you're logged into Bureau Works, click on your user avatar to access your Profile.

While within your profile, navigate to the Security tab and proceed to enable the MFA option.

Upon activation, the subsequent window will appear:

As shown in the image above, we offer support for Google Authentication, Authy and Duo Mobile apps. You're required to open one of these apps and scan the QR code generated for your account.

Subsequently, you should input the code generated by your app and then click on "OK".

The process is complete! Your MFA is now activated, and each time you log into Bureau Works, you'll need to input a one-time code to gain access.

Currently, the option to disable MFA through the UI is unavailable. However, you can contact our support team to request its deactivation, and they will be happy to assist you.
