This article will guide you on how to review tasks in Bureau Works.
Review tasks can be accessed using the same method you use for accessing translation tasks. When you access them, you will encounter the workflow name. All tasks, excluding translation tasks, are treated as review tasks. This means they will function as review assignments, involving your evaluation of translated content prepared by a translator.
Occasionally, a project might encompass multiple review stages, like In-Country Review and Regional Approval. As a result, you might need to review a task that has previously undergone evaluation by another reviewer.
In your dashboard, you are able to see their workflows at the top bar of each group of tasks:
While from inside the editor, you will be able to see them right next to the language pair:
Whenever you make alterations to a segment, the platform will present a fresh section, and in order to confirm the segment, you'll need to categorize your modifications. There is also the option to insert comments.
Modified segments will display a green checkmark labeled "Reviewed" along with a link that reads "See Changes".
If required, you can unconfirm the segment, make further edits, and modify the previously selected change category.
