What stays the same with wxrks: everything remains the same

1. Why are you changing your name?

We’ve evolved. Our product, our thinking, and the role we play in the market have changed significantly over the years. The new name, wxrks, reflects where we are going while staying true to what we’ve built. Learn More at:

2. Does this change affect my login or access?

No. Your login, credentials, and access points remain exactly the same.

3. Will SSO still work?

Yes. All SSO configurations will continue to work without any changes required on your side.

4. Are there any changes to API endpoints?

No immediate changes. All existing API endpoints will continue to function as they do today.

5. Will integrations be impacted?

No. Your current integrations will keep running normally.

6. Do I need to update anything right now?

No action is required. Everything will continue to work as expected.

7. Will there be changes in the future?

If any changes become necessary, we will communicate them well in advance with clear instructions and ample time to adapt.

8. Is the product itself changing?

The core product remains the same. We will continue improving and evolving it, just as we always have.

9. Is the company structure or team changing?

No. The same team, people, and support are behind wxrks.

10. Will support channels change?

No. You can continue reaching us through the same channels.

11. What does this mean for contracts or billing?

There are no immediate changes. If anything needs to be updated, we will notify you in advance.
