This article was created for users who already have an active Bureau Works account registered.
If you still do not have an Account, follow these steps:

Check your email within a few minutes for a link to set up your password.
In order to access these configurations, the first step is to go to Settings, then to your My Account:
You will then have three options concerning your account in Bureau Works:
1. Manage Plan: for those who wish to change the plan's type or add more seats to an already created subscription. If your trial has already ended, you may use this option to start your subscription as well.
2. Update Payment Method: for the ones who want to update their payment method and also transition into a full subscription with us. For instance, those who aim to continue utilizing the Bureau Works platform beyond the trial period.
3. Cancel Account: intended for those who want to terminate both their account and associated subscriptions.
1. Manage Plan
The first step is to go to Settings, then to your My Account section and then click on Manage Plan.
Then, you will be forwarded to the following page:
On this page, you have the ability to modify your plan type (enterprise, business, or personal) and also oversee the allocation of seats you desire. The subtotal reflects the total charge, calculated by multiplying the monthly value of each seat by the quantity you intend to have on our platform.
⚠️ Kindly take note that annual plans are also available, extending beyond just monthly options.
Upon moving forward, we will present your recent selection, allowing you to review it before clicking the Confirm button.
The next step is to include your payment method, if you don't have one already registered with us.

The first step is to go to Settings, then to your My Account section, and then click on Cancel Account.
Then, you will be forwarded to the following page:
We'll provide you with details about your existing plan and the number of seats you have (1), your monthly or yearly payment amount (2), and the date of access termination (3). In the event of subscription cancellation with remaining paid time, you'll retain normal access to Bureau Works until the paid period concludes.
