1. Logging into Bureau Works

From the Bureau Works login page, enter your credentials to access the platform:

  • Email Address

  • Password


1a. You can't sign in/forgot your password

From the Bureau Works login page click on "Forgot Password?" button:

On the following page, you will enter your email address registered in Bureau Works and an email with the instructions to set a new password will be sent.

⚠️ Please, make sure you are searching for "[email protected]" in all your email inboxes. This should include Inbox, Spam, Promotions, and Social folders.

⚠️Every email program has its own spam filter that determines which emails are legit and will arrive in your inbox and which should be sent straight to the spam folder. We kindly ask the users to add [email protected] on their Allow/Safelist. This will prevent our emails from being read as Spam, Junk Mail, etc.

⚠️Note that after five unsuccessful logging-in attempts, the user will be temporarily blocked due to security measures. Our Support Team will need to be contacted to start the unblocking procedure. Considering this, we always recommend the user ask for help before that.

- You will be able to see how many remaining attempts you have right after an unsuccessful login attempt:

1b. Choosing a New Password

After requesting the password reset, Bureau Works will send you a link by email. Click the link to go to the following screen, where you can choose your new password.

Password requirements:

To create a new password, you have to meet all of the following:

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • At least one special character

  • At least one number

  • At least one capital letter

  • It can’t be the same as a previous password

  • It can't include a space character
