How to Import/Export XLIFF files to/from Bureau Works (Vendor's view)

1. Key Preparations

Before diving into the import/export process, make sure you’ve addressed these key requirements:

1.1 Vendors' Permissions

Vendors need the appropriate permissions to export or import XLIFF files. If you’re a vendor and don’t have this permission, reach out to your project manager or admin to get the necessary access. They can enable the permission by navigating to Permissions > Project > "Project Export or Import File."

1.2 Export-Import Rules

Bureau Works only supports the import of XLIFF files that were originally exported from the specific project you're working on. This means the file you’re importing must come from that project’s original XLIFF export. Files exported from other sources or projects cannot be imported, ensuring consistency and preventing data mismatches.
