1. Initial PM Configuration

Before a PM can log hours, you must configure their payment settings.

Setting Hourly Rate and Currency

  1. Open the PM’s user profile

  2. Navigate to Billing & Languages

  3. Define:

    • Hourly Rate

    • Currency

This ensures that worked hours are aligned with the correct financial settings.

2. How Project and Currency Synchronization Works

Once configured:

  • All projects assigned to the PM automatically sync with the Timesheet.

  • The system considers:

    • The PM’s configured currency

    • The project’s defined currency

This guarantees consistency in financial calculations and reporting.

3. Viewing PM Timesheet Records

Account Admins have access to:

  • The work logs of all PMs within the account

  • Weekly timesheet entries

  • Billable and non-billable distinctions

This provides full operational visibility.
